Welcome to Phleb-Finders ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided therein. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Phleb-Finders provides a platform to schedule mobile phlebotomy appointments, process payments, coordinate work with contracted phlebotomists, and communicate through text updates. Phlebotomy services involve the collection and delivery of blood specimens to designated labs.

We ensure all phlebotomists are appropriately certified, licensed, and equipped to carry out professional blood collection procedures. However, we do not store blood samples or manage diagnostic testing.

2. User Obligations

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information for scheduling appointments or for onboarding as a contracted phlebotomist.

  • Ensure availability at the scheduled time and location for mobile phlebotomy services or assigned work.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations as per our cancellation policy.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment processing is securely managed via Stripe, a third-party payment gateway. By using our services, you agree to allow Stripe to handle your payment details.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

    • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

  • If Phleb-Finders cancels an appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the payment made.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, and software on our website are the sole property of Phleb-Finders or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

You may use our website solely for its intended purpose of scheduling and managing mobile phlebotomy services.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our sign-up or booking form, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Phleb-Finders. Depending on your relationship with us, these messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations, and updates, or — for contracted phlebotomists — assignment notifications, job status updates, and job requirements.

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments or assignments.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (855) 236-3031.

  • Opting in to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or using our services. Note that opting out may limit our ability to send you timely updates about your appointment or assignment.

  • No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • No Medical Advice: Phleb-Finders does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are intended solely for scheduling and facilitating blood draw appointments. Consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

  • Liability Limitations: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to equipment failure, service delays, or errors in sample collection caused by unforeseen circumstances.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

  • Misrepresent personal or appointment-related information.

  • Interfere with the operation of our website by uploading malicious content.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulatory standards.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if we suspect misuse or breach of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms

We may modify these Terms or adjust the scope of our services at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes arising from these Terms, except those qualifying for small claims court, will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
